So watch this space ---> <---
Forgive me, but I just can't stop myself:
Shouldn't it be Seven Day's Rest, or do you really mean that the rest belongs to the seven days? Perhaps I've missed the point and the seven days play snooker often enough to have got a rest of their own (an interesting thought).
I'm sorry. But I've said it now so I feel a bit better. Now I'll go and drown out the rest of the voices with a glass of gin. I will pretend there's tonic in it, if anyone should ask.
Of course, if the seven days owned a rest you'd write Seven Days' Rest wouldn't you?
Seven Days Rest would simply mean that Seven Days were resting, not that they owned one.
I'm not sure if it's possible for a hawk to swoop on itself, but it seems that that's what I've just done.
I definately need that gin now, though - and nothing can make me pretend there'll be any tonic in it.
Waiter!
If you insist on chasing your tail... might you in fact be some kind of overly domesticated canine?
